Application

MP-2B metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a double-disk desktop machine with variable frequency and stepless speed regulation, which is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing metallographic samples. The left disc of the machine is a pre-grinding disc, and the right disc is a polishing disc. The machine can not only perform light grinding, rough grinding, semi-finishing grinding, and fine grinding, but also precision polishing of the sample. It is an indispensable equipment for users to make metallographic samples.

Key Features

1. The body is integrally formed with ABS material, which is beautiful in appearance, corrosion-resistant, and durable; The solid large support chassis design ensures precise rotation balance;

2. The finely ground and surface-treated work disk ensures the smooth surface of the sample.

3. Cooling system: the machine is equipped with a cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample.

4. Control System: this machine has a double-disc and dual-control structure. It controls two grinding and polishing discs through the speed regulation of the frequency converter, and the speed between 50-1000r/min can be directly obtained by stepless speed regulation. You can also get 300r/min and 600r/min fixed speed in two levels.
