Application Field
The FGW-160LL bending tester is used to perform bending experiments on various steel bars and steel pipes such as metal bars, plates, rebars for construction, and electric welded steel pipes, composite steel pipes, welded steel pipes, metal pipes, etc., to determine their bending plastic bending ability .
FGW-1600LL automatic multi-function steel bar (steel tube) bending testing machine is a servo control system technology independently developed by our company. It adopts servo motors and precision plunger pumps and other valve groups are controlled by PLC (programmable controller).

Key Features
1. Automatic control of any bending angle:
Digital real-time display of bending angle, touch key operation can achieve 90 º, 30 º specified by national standards and other standards, 10 ºAutomatic bending of steel pipe (software has been set, one key cycle selection), can also be automatically bent at any angle (less than 90 º) through touch key input according to user requirements, one key operation automatically completes customer settings The bending angle and the elbow return automatically, the operation is very simple.
2. Automatic control of arbitrary loading speed:
The test speed that meets the requirements of the national standard, such as: 1mm/s±0.2mm, can be set to any test speed, the test speed range is: 0-100mm/min, and the test accuracy is ±0.5%
3. Automatic displacement control:
Displacement range 0-400mm
The FGW-160LL fully automatic (steel pipe) steel bar bending test machine is controlled by a servo motor. The equipment noise is very low (approximately equivalent to air-conditioning noise), and the power supply voltage is 220V, which is especially suitable for office building laboratories or high-end test sites.
